Star Wars Episode III - Highly Recommended!!

Wow! SW EP 3 is great! Cameron and I went to the 12:01am showing of Star Wars Episode 3 - Revenge of the Sith last night (actually early this morning). I think it was the best of all 6 of the Star Wars movies. It really brings everything together nicely, because after all, it ends where it all began.

On another note, Joanna started volleyball this week and seems to love it! It's a short season just like basketball but it'll be fun.

Summer is less than a week away now for the kids, and their calendars are filling up fast. Lots of stuff to do and places to go.

Cade is getting bigger all the time - 7 months old in just a few days. He swam in the Emerald Forest pool for the first time with his mom and grandmommy on Wednesday afternoon and loved it! I'm sure he'll be back many times this summer.

We're off to Austin on Friday, May 20th for James Wilson's wedding, in which Christopher is performing the ceremony. Should be fun.

Until later...may the force be with you.

The day after Mother's Day

What a great weekend! Chris & Stacey came to visit as planned but came a day early and surprised Holly by showing up in HEB!

Saturday morning Holly, Joanna, and I went to the Scott & White Fun Run. We met mom (granny), Angela, Cade and Christopher there. I ran the 1 mile with Joanna while Angela, Cade and mom walked the 1 mile. Christopher was the only one to do the 5K. EVERYBODY got trophies! Joanna and Christopher set PRs in their races too!

Cameron had to be at work at 7:30am so he was up early too. After we got home and showered, Joanna and I ran all over town on Saturday looking for a "digi-pet" but came up empty. Saturday night we played Disney Scene-it with Chris & Stacey.

On Sunday we went to lunch at Luby's for mother's day and everyone was there. It was a lot of fun. Joanna, Holly and mom had a Mother's Day Tea at church at 3:30pm and Cameron worked the afternoon.

Christopher & Stacey head for Camp of the Hills on Monday to kick off their summer. Everybody else is back to work and school (but only 2 1/2 weeks of school remain!).

Here we go...

Well, if this is Tuesday we must be in College Station! JoAnn & Jim are still parading around europe but will be back soon....and Selena will be glad to see them. She's been very good and no problem at all though.

Joanna gets her 'bare book' award today and has many field trips planned as school winds down for another year. They went on a Tour of Oakwood yesterday and were really impressed with the lockers! I'm sure Cameron is in the top 10 players in the world in Halo 2.

Cade is getting bigger and bigger, eating LOTS of real baby food now. He'll be as big as his dad soon! His mom keeps getting smaller and smaller though :-)

Christopher & Stacey will be here Friday for the Mother's Day weekend so it will be fun to have everyone back together.
